If your permanent residence is outside Thailand, you will have a better peace of mind by having someone assist you in the professional management and care of your property. Our professional property management service covers:

• Assisting in timely bill payments (e.g. utilities, common area fees and property tax)
• Coordinating the preventive maintenance, repair and/or replacement of fittings, finishes and home appliances (e.g. aircon servicing, room cleaning, etc.)
• Assisting in the reminder and payment of monthly rental by tenant (if property is leased out)

We offer complete interior design and furnishing services, and equipping your property with the necessary home appliances. We work with a panel of trusted interior design firms and suppliers, and will project manage the entire process from design, order, delivery, installation and to final quality checks. At the end of the day, your property will be ready for your personal enjoyment or that prospective tenant.

We will assist you in the marketing of your property for the purpose of sourcing a new tenant and/or a buyer, of which will entail qualifying prospects, coordinating viewings, presenting and negotiating offers, drafting tenancy and purchase agreements, TM.30 reporting, and managing handover of the property.
